The thinnest titanium strip

Thintanium is named after the thin titanium strip developed by LINDBERG. The frames weigh as little as 3.3 grams, the hinge has no screws, and the front is embedded in the lens, so the frame looks almost rimless. Acetate inner rims are fitted without screws, rivets or adhesives. The collection has won the Red Dot: Best of the Best and the iF Gold Award.

„We carry two colours: with a havana inner rim and with a green inner rim.“

Lindberg

A Danish house from Aarhus. Poul-Jørn Lindberg opened an optician's shop there in 1969. It gave rise to a screwless spiral hinge in titanium: the first prototype was made in 1983 and it went on sale in 1986. Since 2021 the house has been owned by the Kering group.
