Privacy policy

optikasole.rs does not ask you to enter any personal data. This page explains what is processed while you use the site and what rights you have, in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection.

What is processed

To see what visitors find useful and what to improve, we use Microsoft Clarity. It records how pages are used (clicks and scrolling), together with technical data about your device and browser and a random visitor identifier; the content of input fields is masked. Clarity sets cookies only if you accept them (the basis is your consent), and you can change your choice on the Cookies page. We also count visits with Umami, without cookies.

To keep the site secure and working, our hosting and protection providers process technical access data, such as IP address and time of visit. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected.

Favourites stay only in your browser and are not sent to us. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

How long

Only as long as needed for the purpose: Clarity keeps visit records for 30 days (those we specifically save for up to 13 months), Umami keeps only aggregate numbers without personal data, and your cookie choice and favourites stay in your browser until you delete them.

Who has access

We do not sell data or use it for advertising. The site is maintained for us by Chronum (site maintenance and Umami), Cloudflare (site protection) and our hosting provider. Microsoft processes Clarity data as an independent controller, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft and Cloudflare may process data outside Serbia; transfers are made in line with Articles 64 and 65 of the Law on Personal Data Protection, and you can request information about the safeguards at [email protected].

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before withdrawal. Write to us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
