Stone Eclipse
The model was made for the Stone Eclipse runway show of Uma Wang, a designer known for sumptuous fabrics and prints. The leather and stone shields look as if they were carved out of rock, so the frame recalls old motorcycle goggles.
„The lenses of this model cannot be replaced, so the frame cannot take prescription lenses. A neck strap and a dedicated case come with the glasses.“

Rigards
The house was founded in Hong Kong in 2012 by Ti Kwa, a Malaysian-born designer, and Jean-Marc Virard. The frames are made by hand in their Hong Kong atelier, from buffalo horn, wood, titanium, copper, silver and aluminium-magnesium alloy. Each piece passes through the hands of one artisan, from choosing the material to the final polish.
