A claw from childhood
The claws come from Anna-Karin Karlsson's childhood memories of her budgies: perched on her hand, they would gently curl their claws around her finger.

Anna-Karin Karlsson
A Swedish house led by the designer and artist whose name it carries. After art school Anna-Karin Karlsson moved to London and learned the trade from the owners of Meyrowitz, one of the oldest optical houses; back in Sweden, she began making frames as pieces of jewellery. Twenty-four karat gold, white and rose gold, titanium, pearls, emeralds and hand-set crystals - the line is feminine, but sharp.
