About the brand

A London house founded in 1969 by two opticians, Graham Cutler and Tony Gross. They opened their first shop in Knightsbridge in 1971. There is no marking on the outside of the frames - a decision from the start. The frames are made in the brand's own factory in Domegge di Cadore, Italy, and part of the range in Japan; in acetate, titanium and buffalo horn.

Two London opticians

The house was founded in 1969 by two opticians, Graham Cutler and Tony Gross, who opened their first shop in Knightsbridge in 1971.

The frames are made in the house's own factory in Domegge di Cadore, in the Italian Dolomites, and part of the collection in Japan.

No name on the frame

The house says it wanted frames so recognisable that they need no external branding. That is why there is no name on the frame.
