The monogram at the hinge
In the Monogram line the house's YSL monogram is not printed on the temple: it is cast in metal and built in as the hinge. It sits at both joints between the front and the temples and stays visible while the glasses are worn.

Saint Laurent
A Paris fashion house founded in 1961 by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé. In 1966 it introduced the women's tuxedo and Rive Gauche, the first luxury ready-to-wear line. Since 2012 the ready-to-wear has carried the Saint Laurent name, and the house is part of the Kering group. Anthony Vaccarello was creative director from 2016 to October 2026. Since 2015 Saint Laurent eyewear has been developed and distributed by Kering Eyewear; before that it was made under licence by Safilo.
