The model is named after Charles Baudelaire, and the house introduces it with his line that everything beautiful and noble is the product of reason and calculation. A titanium frame and acetate eye-rim inserts come together in a shape that is both disciplined and poetic.

Jacques Marie Mage
A Los Angeles house that makes frames in numbered editions, with the number of pieces listed for every colour. Jérôme Jacques Marie Mage founded it in 2014 with the idea that a frame should be handed down, not worn out. The frames are made in Japan and Italy from acetate, beta titanium, 18-karat gold, silver and precious stones.
