Brunello Cucinelli
An Italian house founded in 1978 by Brunello Cucinelli in Solomeo, a village near Perugia. It began with cashmere in colours nobody was making at the time, and is known today as much for how it operates: wages are twenty percent above the market, overtime is forbidden, and the lunch break lasts an hour and a half.
