About this model
The Artist Sun II was nominated in 2025 for the VisionPlus award for best new luxury sunglass model. The house presents it as a collector's piece: a titanium front and fine-wood temples lacquered in two tones, made by hand in its German atelier.

Maybach
A German house that has handmade eyewear under the Maybach name since 2010, from a family company in the Eifel. Each frame joins titanium, plated in 22 or 24-karat gold, platinum or palladium, with buffalo horn and fine woods. The name comes from Wilhelm Maybach, whose cars became the measure of luxury more than a century ago, and is carried onto frames today under licence from Mercedes-Benz.
