Rimless below, visible edge above

The Imba pairs a full top rim in deep purple with a rimless lower edge - the same controlled-distortion principle that repeats across several Mykita LITE models.

The silver-and-deep-purple mix reads more discreet in person than in photos - worth trying on.

Mykita

A Berlin house founded in 2003 by Harald Gottschling, Daniel Haffmans, Philipp Haffmans and Moritz Krüger. The name comes from its first premises - a former day nursery, which Germans call a "Kita" for short. The frames are still hand-assembled in Berlin, in their own workshop, because when they started nobody would manufacture what they had drawn. The house signature is a patented screwless spiral hinge, in stainless steel half a millimetre thick.
