Striped metal

The house says to forget what you have heard about the Smendrik down the block: a sturdy build of striped metal skiving, titanium nose pads and acetate temple tips make it real deal design.

„We carry the gold Smendrik with Amber lenses, in size 51.“

Moscot

A New York family house. Hyman Moscot arrived through Ellis Island in 1899 and began selling ready-made glasses from a wooden pushcart on Orchard Street. He opened the first shop in 1915, at 94 Rivington Street. The family still runs it - the fifth generation. The model names come from Yiddish and from people in the family.
